FAQ

RocketClip is currently only available for Windows 10.
Educational discounts are not currently offered.
A License purchased for RocketClip includes 1 year of updates, after 1 year you can continue to use RocketClip however you will need a new license to receive any updates that are release after the license expiry date.
Licenses are per-user, so you're welcome to use the one license on all computers where you are the primary user. For businesses, the number of users must equal the number of licenses.
As licenses are per-user, you're welcome to use your license key on all computers where you are the primary user, including at work.
A personal license key will have your name on it, while a business license key will normally have the company name, in accordance with what is entered into the Buy page.
Site licenses are not currently offered.
Group buying is not supported. The bulk license keys are only for use within a single company.
Employees should not use a business license at home, unless on a work computer or for work purposes. License keys are owned by the business and may not be shared with other companies or individuals.
Refunds are available within 30 days of purchasing. Please send us an email if you wish to claim a refund.
